• Position: Service Technician – Home Appliances
• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
• Working Hours: 8.45AM to 5.30PM, Saturday - 8.45AM to 12.30PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,000 Basic + OT
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established service provider supporting home appliance maintenance and repair across Singapore. They are seeking a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose faults, perform repairs and provide professional onsite service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances at customer homes and offices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and functional checks.
• Explain repair findings and required services to customers.
• Prepare service reports and repair cost estimates.
• Use appropriate tools and test equipment for troubleshooting.
• Attend technical training and support other service duties when required.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related discipline is advantageous.
• Basic electrical or appliance knowledge will be useful; training will be provided.
• Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Able to travel to customer locations across Singapore.
• Able to safely handle and move appliances occasionally.
