💰 Salary: $2,400–$2,500/month
📅 Contract: 1 year (Option to extend for another year)
📆 Start: Jan 2027 | End: Dec 2027
⏰ Working Hours:

🕖 Mon–Thu: 7:00am–4:00pm
🕞 Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
🍱 Includes 30-min lunch break
🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays

📌 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘N’ Level passes, including English & Mother Tongue
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised and able to work in a busy environment

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide reception support and attend to calls, visitors, parents, students, vendors and staff
• Handle general enquiries, messages and basic student-related matters
• Manage lost & found, early dismissals, mail/goods and reception area
• Assist with school circulars, brochures and materials distribution
• Support inventory, attendance records and organisational updates
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
