M&E Coordinator / Engineer

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise M&E subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulations. Collaborate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical issues and manage site materials and equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to monitor and report the progress of M&E works
• Supervise subcontractors’ M&E activities to ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations
• Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and project specifications throughout all works
• Collaborate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on technical matters, shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes
• Identify, analyze, and resolve on-site M&E issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality
• Participate actively in technical and coordination meetings to align project objectives and resolve challenges
• Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery and storage to optimize usage and minimize waste
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager and Project Director
