BIM Coordinator / Modeller / Drafter

Job Summary

You will lead BIM modelling and coordination efforts, managing project BIM data sets and workflows to deliver accurate drawings and proposals. Collaborate with site personnel and subcontractors to update drawings and resolve clashes, supporting project tender and construction sequences.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM modelling and coordinate daily project BIM data sets and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prepare combined services and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT for ongoing projects
• Submit BIM drawings to consultants in compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with site personnel and subcontractors to update drawings and resolve clash detections promptly
• Model project tender drawings to illustrate construction sequences effectively
• Develop BIM and Technical Proposals aligned with project tender requirements
• Support participation in annual BIM awards by assisting with preparation and submission tasks
• Perform additional tasks assigned by Project Managers or Directors as needed
