CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Plan and oversee daily construction activities to achieve project progress, safety, and quality goals. Manage workers, subcontractors, and resources to complete projects within budget and timeframe while ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety, and quality objectives
• Ensure all construction works comply with specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Manage and supervise direct workers and subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and scheduled timeframes
• Develop workforce plans for in-house workers to optimize labor allocation and productivity
• Coordinate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in-house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies
• Identify and anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to implement preventive measures
• Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate project status and address concerns
• Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery and storage to ensure proper usage and cost efficiency
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Directors
