BMS Engineer

Scope of Work

• Install, configure, test, and commission BMS systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for BMS installations.
• Integrate HVAC, power meters, PLC, SCADA, and other building systems with the BMS.
• Configure and troubleshoot Modbus, BACnet, and other communication protocols.
• Support project execution, site testing, and system handover.
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience in BMS installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, HVAC, PLC, SCADA, power monitoring systems, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to project sites when required.
• Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Having BMS internship experience is an added advantage.
