About this job

  • Develop and implement the organisation's long-term strategic plans in alignment with business objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and growth potential locally and internationally.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government agencies, industry associations, and community organisations.

  • Establish and manage collaborations with local trainers, consultants, and industry professionals.

  • Identify, recruit, and manage overseas education agents and strategic partners for international student recruitment.

  • Develop and expand overseas business ventures and international market opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Propose new training programmes and qualifications based on market demand and future industry needs.

  • Develop business proposals, partnership agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.

  • Research and recommend suitable overseas exhibitions, education fairs, and business networking events.

  • Represent the organisation in local and international business meetings, conferences, and strategic engagements.

  • Develop strategies to increase international student enrolment through strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to support business expansion initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Academic Team to identify new programme opportunities and market trends.

  • Identify funding opportunities, grants, and industry collaboration projects.

  • Evaluate the commercial viability of new business initiatives and strategic investments.

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and education market trends.

  • Prepare strategic planning reports, business analysis, and market intelligence reports for Management.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and partnership performance.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure successful implementation of business strategies.

  • Develop annual business development roadmaps and organisational growth plans.

  • Recommend process improvements and innovative initiatives to strengthen the organisation's competitive advantage.

  • Conduct internal strategic planning workshops and support organisational change management initiatives.
