Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective corporate clients and the HOS, ensuring timely follow-up and confirmation.

Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent, ethical, and compliant messaging.

Handle initial enquiries from corporate clients and escalate detailed programme discussions with relevant departments.

Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions, ensuring the academy’s reputation is upheld.

Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment conversion performance.

Support compliance by ensuring all outreach activities align with internal policies, data protection requirements, and EduTrust Certification Scheme standards on transparent and ethical marketing practices.
