Overseas Finance Manager / Finance Lead

Responsibilities

1. Manage the finance operations of overseas subsidiaries, including daily accounting, financial document approvals and monthly closing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with Group finance policies.
2. Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements, conduct management reporting analysis for overseas subsidiaries, and support the Group's overall management reporting and analysis.
3. Support Group audits, transaction due diligence and overseas entity audits by providing required financial data and supporting documentation.
4. Handle day-to-day tax filings and other compliance matters, liaise with overseas tax agents, and ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulatory requirements.
5. Assist in improving financial accounting and internal control processes for overseas subsidiaries, as well as supporting Group finance automation initiatives to improve overall finance efficiency.
6. Work closely with the Group Finance team and overseas subsidiary management to coordinate financial matters and complete other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting and experience in international finance management.
3. Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and basic knowledge of Singapore tax regulations.
4. Proficient in SAP, Oracle or other financial systems; ERP experience is preferred.
5. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with good cross-functional communication and coordination abilities.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible and highly organised, with strong teamwork and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
