Junior / Senior Aircon Technician

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

We are seeking motivated Junior/Senior Aircon Technicians to join our growing service team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial and residential air-conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, Maintenance & Repairs

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial and residential air-conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing on various aircon units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air-conditioning systems.
• Carry out repair works including compressor replacement, fan coil motor replacement, and related components.
• Perform chemical washing, chemical overhauls, and general servicing at customer sites.

Technical & Customer Service

• Recommend appropriate repair solutions and system improvements to customers.
• Attend to fault calls, emergency breakdowns, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Deliver professional customer service during onsite servicing and maintenance work.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily work reports and submit updates to supervisors.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient job completion.
• Support any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, or installation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
