Sales Specialist [Ventilator & Patient Monitors]

Responsibilities:
- Provide product and application support for critical care portfolio, including ventilators, patient monitors, and cardiology/resuscitation solutions.
- Support distributors, channel partners, and customers on product-related enquiries and technical requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical education for distributors, clinicians, and end users.
- Plan and deliver regular product updates and training programs for assigned accounts and territories.
- Advise on product configuration, clinical applications, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Support tender processes, including specification review, proposal preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Manage full sales cycle for assigned territories, driving sales performance of ventilator and related product portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, IT, engineering) to support project execution and solution delivery.
- Oversee project fulfilment, including coordination of installation, commissioning, and delivery to customer acceptance.
- Work closely with service, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation based on customer requirements.
- Provide post-sales support, including end-user training, preparation of materials, and ongoing technical assistance.
- Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide insights for business development.
- Prepare regular reports, including trip reports, monthly updates, and project tracking.
- Support new product launches and continuously enhance product and sales knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably with ventilator systems (e.g. ICU or NIV).
- Experience in product support, sales, or clinical applications of ventilators; background as a Respiratory Therapist is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and troubleshoot effectively.
- Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, or a related field is an added advantage.
