🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri 8:30am–5:30pm
🍽️ 1-hour lunch break

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
• Government, finance reporting or resource management experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, calendars, rooms and logistics.
• Support workplans, events and organisational development activities.
• Manage rosters, trackers and event arrangements.
• Assist with financial/project data consolidation, validation and reconciliation.
• Support reports and summary tables.
• Provide administrative and logistics support for taskforce sessions and events.
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties.
