⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours/week
Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in event organisation, marketing or project management is an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Resourceful, meticulous and a good team player.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for SG Youth Plan initiatives and programmes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on requests.
• Support marketing and programme integration on the Discover platform.
• Maintain trackers, records and relevant documents.
• Monitor shared mailbox and coordinate responses.
• Provide meeting secretariat and general administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
