Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Officer/Manager to lead workplace operations in a large corporate office. You will ensure seamless facilities services, manage vendors and budgets, and deliver an exceptional workplace experience while engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily facilities operations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to ensure high service quality and cost-effective solutions
• Analyze facilities data and generate reports to provide actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making
• Collaborate on workplace strategy, space planning, and office optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align facilities services with business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Technical knowledge of building systems to support maintenance and operational requirements
• Proven skills in vendor management and budget oversight to optimize resource allocation
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience interacting with senior leadership
