ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare corporate tax computations, ECI and Form C-S/Form C.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Monitor accounting, tax and statutory compliance deadlines.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and government authorities.
• Assist with corporate secretarial matters and ACRA filings.
• Learn and support Section 13O/13U and family office compliance work.
• Work towards becoming a Qualified Individual (QI), where eligible.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Chartered Accountant, or eligible and willing to become a Chartered Accountant.
• At least [2–3] years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts and corporate tax filings independently.
• Familiar with Singapore tax and statutory compliance deadlines.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software.
• Willing to learn corporate secretarial and family office compliance matters.
• Careful, responsible, and able to work independently.
