Temenos Data Source Developer - Contract 1 year extendable

Key Responsibilities

Develop and parameterize system and interfaceenhancements in the Financial Instrument Data System (FI-Master) using TemenosData Source (TDS), Python, and Bash scripting.

Create custom reports, interfaces, andenhancements based on business requirements.

Implement mappings and rules to stage,consolidate, and distribute static and pricing data from multiple dataproviders.

Implement TDS standard packages and releases.

Provide L3 support and troubleshoot technicalissues related to FI-Master.

Prepare technical specifications, designdocuments, and user guides in Confluence.

Work with operations teams to translatebusiness requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with developers and IT teams toensure integration and performance optimization.

Perform unit testing and support UserAcceptance Testing (UAT).

Follow coding standards, test-drivendevelopment, and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills required for the positions:

Professional Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in thefinancial industry.

Strong understanding of software design,development, and customization processes.

Ability to independently analyze and solvecomplex problems.

Experience in service architecture,integration, and financial instruments.

Technical Skills

Must-have

• Strong knowledge of Temenos Data Source (TDS) parametrization.
• Ability to create SQL statements using the TDS data model.
• Linux system administration experience.
• Experience with:
• Bitbucket
• Nexus
• Jenkins
• Octopus Deploy
• Agile/SAFE methodology experience.
• Jira and Confluence experience.
• Incident management (Level 3 support).
• Requirements engineering and solution design.
• Experience with financial data providers such as:
• SIX
• Bloomberg
• Morningstar
• WMData

Nice-to-have:

Python programming.
Bash shell scripting.
Oracle DB, SQL, and PL/SQL expertise.
Kafka streaming knowledge.
