Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential faults, wear and tear, and maintenance requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubrication and replacement of worn components to ensure equipment reliability.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, maintenance activities, repairs and parts used.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with workplace safety requirements and established procedures.
• Use basic computer applications for maintenance records, reporting and communication.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence, where required for work-related travel.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required by operational needs.
