🔬 Science & Math Support Assistant

💰 Salary: $2,400/month
📅 Contract: Jan–Dec 2027, with option to extend for another year
Lunch/start times may be adjusted when required for school operations.
🕐 Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 7:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Fri: 7:30am–4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays

📌 Requirements

• Experience in a school environment, especially Science/Math support, preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and proactively

🧪 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Science apparatus and Mathematics teaching materials
• Manage inventory, stocktaking and teaching resources
• Organise and store teaching materials and desk copies
• Perform simple repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Assist teachers with activities, materials and simple educational videos
• Support school programmes, recess activities and photo-taking
• Provide general administrative support
