Production Worker – Poultry Processing

Job Summary

Perform essential poultry processing tasks including gizzard separation, label tagging, and feet skin removal in a chilled environment to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Remove and process gizzards carefully during evisceration to maintain product quality
• Apply accurate product labels to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance
• Perform manual or semi-automated removal of chicken feet skin for further processing
• Work effectively in chilled factory conditions to uphold food safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and product standards
• Maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks to ensure consistent output

Required competencies and certifications

• Physically fit to perform repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently
• Able to work comfortably in cold environments to meet food safety requirements
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow instructions and record data accurately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• WSQ Food Hygiene certification to support food safety practices
• Teamwork skills to contribute positively in a collaborative work setting

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary

• S$2,800 – S$3,400 per month
