Job Summary

Join Bubbles Gymnastics as a coach to develop gymnasts through skillful practice planning, competition preparation, and effective communication with students, parents, and staff in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching strategies to prepare gymnasts for competitions
• Coordinate practice planning and skill development to ensure progressive athlete growth
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of the competitive gymnastics program
• Provide clear and accessible development pathways tailored to each gymnast’s progress
• Communicate consistently and professionally with parents to support gymnast development
• Update and maintain accurate registration and attendance records for classes and camps
• Assist new and current members by responding promptly to requests and enquiries
• Prepare lesson plans for camps and classes in collaboration with the coaching team
• Coordinate scheduling for all coaches and organize company events efficiently
• Support daily operations by supervising and training employees under the guidance of superiors
• Manage day-to-day email correspondence and perform other necessary administrative duties
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve program goals
• Commit to working during weekends and evenings as required to meet program needs
