Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support and quality customer service via phone / email / walk-in.
- Listen actively, ask probing questions, and clarify to fully understand customer needs.
- Escalate issues promptly and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Build rapport with clients through phone calls and messages using provided leads and sources.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
Requirements:
