Responsible for driving corporate guestrooms and event spaces,increasing hotel revenue, developing key accounts, and building strongrelationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute room sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
• Generate business for meetings, social events, and other group functions.
• Conduct client presentations, hotel site inspections, sales calls, and networking activities.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and packages in line with hotel guidelines.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.
• Develop partnerships with event agencies, travel agencies, and corporate travel planners for event space business
• Achieve individual KPIs for room nights, corporate revenue, event revenue and overall sales production.
• Support the hotel’s overall commercial strategy and assist with other sales initiatives as required.
