Regional Credit Senior Manager

We’re supporting a well-established financial institution in the search for a Senior Credit Professional to partner closely with client-facing teams on complex, bespoke financing transactions across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and oversight of sophisticated financing transactions involving asset-backed and tailored lending structures to ensure sound credit decisions
• Collaborate with commercial and advisory teams to structure and execute complex deals that align with client needs and risk frameworks
• Prepare, critically evaluate, and present comprehensive credit submissions to senior approval forums to influence credit outcomes
• Review, negotiate, and validate transaction documentation to confirm compliance with approved risk parameters and regulatory standards
• Exercise independent and sound credit judgment, providing effective challenge to uphold robust risk discipline
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues by sharing expertise and guiding their credit analysis and decision-making skills

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or credit
• Candidates who come from Leveraged Finance, Mezzanine Finance, Structured Finance or Private Debt/Private Credit and looking to move into a regional, mid-market scope are encouraged to apply!
