[URGENT] Senior/ Associate, Clinical Business Operations

Responsibilities
Support business development activities, including managing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) from sponsors and external partners.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand study requirements and present the Clinical Research Unit's capabilities.
Participate in business development, global sourcing, study planning and scheduling discussions with sponsors and relevant business units.
Monitor and analyse reasons for studies not being awarded and work with management to identify opportunities to improve future business opportunities.
Develop and maintain study-specific costing models, budgets and cost estimates for upcoming clinical studies.
Track and collate study-related expenses and coordinate with relevant teams on forecasting and resource modelling.
Prepare and maintain contracts, non-disclosure agreements and other agreements with external collaborators.
Liaise with Legal and relevant stakeholders to resolve contractual queries and issues.
Support capacity and resource planning by reviewing study protocols, project requirements, timelines and operational needs.
Monitor actual resource utilisation at study level and analyse data to identify opportunities to improve productivity and resource allocation.
Generate, maintain and analyse business and operational performance metrics, including costs, timelines, staffing, data quality and study performance.
Maintain databases covering clinical research capabilities and operational information to support business development and management reporting.
Prepare regular operational reports and provide insights to management to support business and strategic decision-making.
Support the development and implementation of website, social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant global and local teams on website and social media content, compliance and approvals.
Maintain and update digital content in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Support health, safety, environmental, records management and data protection activities as assigned.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Science, Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
At least 2 - 3 years of clinical project/ clinical operations experience.
Experience in clinical research, preferably in early-phase clinical research, will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
