Administrator (Condo)

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week
Mon - Fr: 9am - 6pm
Sat: 9am - 1pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend to visitors, clients and enquiries professionally, providing a high standard of customer service.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence and general enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records, documents and administrative filing.
• Liaise with internal teams, building management, vendors and external parties as needed.
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Independent, responsible and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Prior experience in property, real estate, hospitality or a front-facing environment will be an advantage.
