💻 ICT Support Officer
💰 Salary: $2,900–$3,200/month
📍 Contract: 1 year, with option to extend for another year
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7.00am–4.00pm (incl. ½-hour lunch)
Requirements
- Diploma / ITE / Higher Nitec qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Able to use DSLR cameras for photography/videography
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment, wireless microphones & HDMI projection
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to stay calm during events
- At least 1 year of relevant school/ICT experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ICT devices, bookings, loans and inventory
- Update school website and e-Broadcast platforms
- Support event photography/videography and basic editing
- Set up and operate basic AV equipment
- Maintain ICT asset records and liaise with vendors
- Escalate technical issues when required
