Job Description

• Develop and execute distribution strategies to grow intermediary business across Southeast Asia
• Strengthen relationships with existing private banks, retail banks, wealth managers and investment platforms
• Identify and secure new distribution partnerships to expand market reach
• Represent the firm in client meetings, investment presentations and business development activities
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and regulatory trends to identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to fundraising initiatives and support the expansion of regional assets under management

The Successful Applicant

• 6+ years of sales, distribution or business development experience within asset management
• Established network across intermediary channels in Singapore and/or Malaysia
• Demonstrated success in raising assets and developing long-term client relationships
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers across banks, wealth management firms and investment platforms
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management and business development skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and capable of working independently within a regional remit
