AI Product Design Engineer (Perm)

• Lead end-to-end product design for AI-driven features: user research, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Design conversational and agentic UI patterns — how users delegate tasks, review outputs, and maintain control.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes and validate them with real users and stakeholders.
• Define design systems and component libraries that scale across web, desktop, and 3D environments.
• Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, and product teams to translate model capabilities into usable features.
• Champion responsible AI design: explainability, appropriate trust signals, and clear human-override affordances.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio of shipped product design work, preferably in AI, SaaS, or developer tools.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping; experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Ability to write or adapt front-end code (HTML/CSS/React) to prototype ideas directly.
• Deep empathy for users — you conduct research, synthesize findings, and let data guide decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse technical and business stakeholders.

Bonus points

• Experience designing for AI products: chat, agents, copilots, or generative tools.
• Familiarity with 3D or spatial UI design (XR, Omniverse, game UI).
• Background in industrial or enterprise UX.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design.
