Crewing Officer (Ship Management)

Location: Central Singapore (Near MRT)
Salary: $3,000 – $5,000/month
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

We are partnering with an established ship management company to hire a Crewing Officer to support their fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end crewing operations for assigned vessels
• Maintain and monitor crew deployment and rotation schedules
• Coordinate closely with manning agencies, vessel masters, and port agents for crew changes
• Arrange and manage crew travel logistics, including flight bookings
• Ensure all crew documentation (certificates, medicals, visas) are valid and compliant
• Assist with crew payroll verification, benefits, and allowances
• Review and reconcile operational and crew-related expenses
• Conduct pre-joining briefings and post-assignment debriefings
• Maintain accurate crew records and training documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping /logistics / crewing
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with crewing or ship management systems is an advantage
