Business Development Executive (Marine)

Salary: S$3,000 – S$5,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.45pm
Location: Near Commonwealth MRT

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with existing and new customers in the marine and offshore industry. This role involves a mix of office-based work and frequent outdoor/client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Meet customers and prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Promote marine ropes, related products and solutions to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and contractual requirements.
• Attend trade exhibitions, industry events and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales activity and pipeline reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in any industry, or 1–2 years of sales experience in the Marine industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional and confident when dealing with customers.
• Comfortable with frequent outdoor travel and client meetings.
• Team player with a strong sales and business development mindset.
