Cleaner cum Administrator (Central)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Small office environment

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general office cleaning and daily housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and maintaining the office area.
• Clean and maintain the office toilet, which is used by approximately 1 person.
• Ensure the office is kept clean, neat and presentable on a daily basis.
• Assist with ad hoc errands and tasks as required, including occasional outdoor errands.
• Provide simple administrative support such as scanning, emailing, filing and basic documentation when required.
• Be contactable on mobile to attend to requests and instructions from the Director.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, office support or administration is preferred.
• Responsible, reliable and service-oriented, with good attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Comfortable with occasional outdoor errands and ad hoc requests.
• Basic computer skills for scanning, emailing and filing (can be taught).
