Indoor Sales Executive – FMCG

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,400/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Working Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT station

About the Role

Our client is a well-established FMCG/food distribution company looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, develop sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and follow-up matters.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Monitor sales activities, lead status and progress against targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Support and Product teams.
• Support sales campaigns and other sales initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration or a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of sales experience; FMCG/food industry experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls.
