Cleanroom Technician (Semiconductor / ERP / Inventory) - Up to $3100

• Position: Cleanroom Technician (Semiconductor / ERP / Inventory)

• Work Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent for first 2 weeks/ Woodlands -customer site
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (Tampines) | Customer Site Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8.30am to 5.30pm /Sunday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: Tampines- Officer / Customer site : Woodlands
• Salary(Commensurate on experience) :Up to $3,100 basic
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Industry: Semiconductor / High-Tech Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities

• Handle, inspect and clean delicate semiconductor quartz and mechanical components in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate automated Polyflow chemical cleaning equipment according to SOPs.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against documentation.
• Prepare and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Coordinate external repair shipments and track RMAs and turnaround times.
• Update stock movements, repairs and scrap records accurately in ERP/WMS systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory and digital records.
• Follow Class 10/100 cleanroom, chemical safety and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Around 1 to 3 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing.
• Working experience with ERP or inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to handle fragile and high-value components carefully.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning equipment and wearing cleanroom attire.
• Able to work the assigned customer-site schedule, including Saturday or Sunday where applicable.
