Quantity Surveyor (6-month Contract) | Kallang Way

• Location: Kallang Way
• Working hours: 5-day workweek; 9am– 6pm
• Salary: SGD $5,000 – $6,000

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in architecture, building materials and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project cost control, budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Assess variations, claims and payment applications.
• Handle contract administration, tendering and procurement.
• Review BOQs, quotations and project costs.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost risks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
• Experienced in cost control, variation assessment and contract administration.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
