Accounts Executive (2-Year Contract), Up to $4,500 (East)

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500/month (Based on experience)
Contract: 2 Years Renewable
Location: Loyang (East)

About the Role
The role will support day-to-day finance operations and gain exposure across areas such as AP, AR, GL, GST, financial reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank and cash management, GST, inventory and financial reporting.
• Process and maintain accurate financial transactions in the ERP system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform bank, POS and account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor invoices and respond to finance-related enquiries.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with GST submissions and statutory compliance.
• Support audits, fixed asset verification and inventory stock counts.
• Work with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance matters.
• Support finance automation and online finance platforms, including AP/AR invoice submission and system integration.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
