Administrative Assistant –Independent Insurance Agency

Location: UE West Business Hub
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm or 9.30am–5.30pm
Salary: $2,600–$3,300/month, with salary increment upon successful completion of 3-month probation

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the insurance agency and Director.
• Handle documentation, filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying and maintaining records.
• Assist with preparing and organising insurance-related documents and client paperwork.
• Coordinate and follow up on documents with clients, insurers and other relevant parties.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general correspondence professionally.
• Assist with day-to-day office administration and ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in administration, office support or a similar role preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to take initiative.
