🚀 Business Development Executive (Basic + Commission)

We're looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our growing team.

If you're comfortable speaking to business owners, enjoy sales conversations, and want to build experience in B2B sales and financial services, we'd love to hear from you.

💼 What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to Singapore SMEs and business owners
• Introduce our company's business financing solutions
• Understand the client's business and identify potential financing needs
• Qualify leads based on basic requirements
• Follow up with interested prospects via WhatsApp / phone
• Arrange appointments or introduce qualified prospects to our financing consultants
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and leads
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

📌 What We're Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business owners
• Confident, positive and persistent personality
• Able to handle rejection professionally
• Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage
• Experience in banking, finance, insurance, recruitment or B2B sales is a plus
• No prior financing experience required — training will be provided
• Able to work independently and meet daily calling targets
