Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally to maintain and enhance brand reputation
• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries to ensure high service standards
• Conduct detailed skin analyses and deliver personalized consultations to address client needs
• Drive sales of aesthetic services, skincare products, facial, slimming, and TCM therapeutic services to meet revenue goals
• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner to build rapport and foster loyalty
• Lead and manage your sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to optimize branch sales performance and customer satisfaction
