Product Senior Executive

Our client is a globally recognized consumer technology company with a strong presence in Singapore. A design-driven technology company focused on developing innovative smart devices and intelligent services.

Job Summary

The role supports product planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, and commercial operations for the Singapore market, working closely with Headquarters and local cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Develop and execute local GTM strategies aligned with Headquarters’ framework and market requirements.

▪️ Analyze market trends, competitors, channel dynamics, and consumer insights to support launch, pricing, and promotional decisions.

▪️ Manage end-to-end product launch plans, timelines, and market readiness.

▪️ Coordinate with Sales, Retail, Marketing, Training, Operations, and Headquarters.

▪️ Plan promotional campaigns, product bundles, trade-in programmes, and customer engagement activities.

▪️ Monitor competitor activities and GTM performance, including product listings, merchandising, sell-out, and campaign effectiveness.

▪️ Prepare market intelligence, post-launch reviews, and improvement recommendations.

▪️ Manage project tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

Requirements

▪️Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

▪️3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, GTM, Category Management, or Commercial Operations.

▪️Experience in consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, or technology is preferred.

▪️Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

▪️Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

▪️Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

▪️Good communication skills in Mandarin would be an advantage, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at Headquarters.

▪️Candidates who are available to commence work at short notice would be an advantage.
