Networks & Systems Engineer, Up to $6,000

Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)
Working Days: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: East, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and implement network and systems solutions for customers.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
• Support presales activities, including technical proposals, tender submissions, solution design and Proof-of-Concept (PoC)testing.
• Evaluate and test new networking, systems and cybersecurity technologies.
• Work closely with customers, sales teams and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides and test reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in network infrastructure and systems deployment/support.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 switching, routing, TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.
• CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge required.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP and RADIUS/AAA.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX environments.
• Experience with enterprise IT tools such as ManageEngine, Acronis or Symantec will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
