Job Purpose

We are seeking an International Trade Coordinator Admin to support the International Trade team with documentation, record keeping, and general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and documentation support to the International Trade team
• Prepare and maintain contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documentation
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records, databases, contact lists, and filing systems
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, analysis, and administrative tracking
• Support general administrative processes and IT-related workflows
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of International Trade

Requirements

• Prior experience in administrative, trade support, or related functions
• Experience preparing purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or related documentation will be advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Able to identify and apply appropriate Excel formulas to support work requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with general IT processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Able to organise records and manage multiple admin tasks
