• Position: Automotive Service Advisor – Servicing, Repairs & Claims
• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday - 9.00AM to 5.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Lunch Provided
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established automotive workshop seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage customer servicing, repair coordination and workshop follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and understand servicing or repair requirements.
• Assess vehicles and prepare quotations for servicing, repairs and accident-related work.
• Explain repair recommendations, costs and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Provide customers with regular updates.
• Liaise with insurers, surveyors and parts suppliers when required.
• Ensure completed work meets quality standards before vehicle handover.
• Prepare service records, quotations, invoices and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and claims platforms such as Merimen or Audatex is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
