Job Summary

• Provide strong financial leadership while actively identifying and developing new investment, opportunities, and sustainable growth strategies for the organisation.
• Involved in financial planning, cash flow tracking and overseeing the finance team.

Education Qualification / Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant finance and leadership experience in a senior financial management or CFO role.
• Experience in the community care, healthcare, social services, charity, non-profit, or social enterprise sector.
