TEMP PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE | Hospital / Polyclinic Setting #HCGA

We are currently looking for a reliable and service-oriented Temp Patient Service Associate to join our healthcare team on a temporary/contract basis.

About the role

You will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic and helping to ensure that patients receive a smooth and pleasant experience.

Your responsibilities include:
• Registering patients and managing appointments
• Handling enquiries and assisting patients with their needs
• Managing patient records and administrative documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, professional and comfortable interacting with patients
• Able to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
• Comfortable handling administrative tasks
• Available to commit to the agreed working schedule

Previous experience in healthcare, clinics or customer service is preferred.
