General Manager (Sales & Operations / Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

• Position : General Manager (Sales & Operations / Commercial Kitchen Equipment)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Manage sales teams and cross-functional departments to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders from HQ
• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, reporting, and P&L performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance to improve business strategy.
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline with at least 7–10 years of sales leadership, business operations, or general management experience.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, sales team management, and business expansion.
• Experience in the commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice equipment or related hospitality-equipment industry is highly preferred. Candidates from adjacent B2B equipment or engineering sectors with similar customer exposure may also be considered.
