Assistant QA Engineer (Manufacturing / 8D / Supplier Audit)

• Position : Assistant QA Engineer (Manufacturing / 8D / Supplier Audit)
• Location : North – Woodlands Sector (Company Transport Provided at Woodlands MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3.800 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Plastic Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct in-house quality inspections and checks
• Handle non-conformance issues and disposition decisions
• Perform root cause analysis and support 8D corrective actions
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams
• Conduct process audits at subcontractors in Johor, Malaysia
• Support continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec with 2–3 years of QA experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D
• Experience in non-conformance handling will be advantageous
• Willing to travel to Johor for supplier audits
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
