Clinic Receptionist | Tanjong Pagar CBD

$2,200 – $2,800/month · 5.5-day week · No night shifts · No Sundays

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in, registration, and payment
• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Explain treatment estimates, payment options, and appointment instructions clearly
• Process billing, CHAS, MediSave, and insurance claims
• Dispense prescribed medication accurately (training provided)
• Send patient reminders, follow-ups, and recall messages
• Support the clinical team with room turnover, patient areas, and day-to-day operations
• Help during photoshoots, clinic events, and ad hoc duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum GCE N Level, O Level, or ITE certification
• Good spoken and written English. Chinese language proficiency required as the role involves assisting patients who communicate primarily in Mandarin.
• Warm, organised, team player, reliable and takes initiative without being asked
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once
• Stays composed when the clinic gets busy
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Prior clinic, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus — not required

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• No night shifts. No Sundays.
