The Art of the Role

To us, project implementation is not just about deadlines; reporting to Managing Director as Senior Executive in Project Implementation & Management, you will be the conductor orchestrating our end-to-end client engagements.

You will blend rigorous project governance with creative problem-solving to deliver flawless execution for new and existing client partnerships. From setting up seamless RPO/BPO operations to spearheading Continuous Improvement (CI), you will drive both company profitability and long-standing, value-driven relationships built on trust, quality, and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate Project Governance: Lead high-impact client steering committees and internal alignment sessions. Define clear milestones, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and resolve potential roadblocks with agility and poise.

Master Cross-Functional Delivery: Guide the end-to-end rollout of client operations across team recruitment, cutting-edge HR tech integration, workflow design, financial frameworks, and tailored training programs.

Cultivate Continuous Improvement (Miglioramento Continuo): Champion agile methodologies and best-in-class project tools to refine processes, eliminate friction, and elevate operational effectiveness across all accounts.

Guide Human-Centric Change: Partner closely with client leadership to manage change smoothly, ensuring transition journeys are seamless, engaging, and inspiring for all stakeholders.

Track, Refine, and Perform: Maintain vigilant oversight of project performance, deliverables, and resource allocation—delivering transparent reporting that underscores our commitment to excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

3+ Years of Relevant Craft: Proven experience leading complex RPO, BPO, or outsourcing projects encompassing process engineering, recruitment operations, and change management.

Deep HR Solutions Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or Managed Service Programs (MSP).

Execution & Influence: Exceptional capability to architect timelines, estimate effort accurately, balance competing priorities, and inspire cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.

Commercial Elegance & Resilience: Strong business acumen, high integrity, and a passion for achieving ambitious outcomes in a dynamic, growing market.

Refined Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior client decision-makers with confidence and warmth.
