• 8am - 430pm (M-F), 8am - 1230pm (Sat)

Job Descriptions

• Perform patient registration, specimen reception, preparation, and packing in accordance with laboratory procedures.
• Conduct laboratory testing, including urine microscopy, full blood count (FBC), HbA1c, and other routine diagnostic tests while operating and maintaining laboratory instruments.
• Perform point-of-care testing (POCT), phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures.
• Verify and report test results accurately and promptly, investigating and escalating any abnormal findings where required.
• Carry out daily quality control (QC), equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support quality assurance, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide professional customer service by addressing patient enquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
• Adhere to workplace safety, infection prevention, and quality management protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Support daily laboratory operations and undertake additional duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Medical Laboratory/ Biomedical Science or etc
• Phlebotomy and Heel Prick collection experience would be advantage
