Receptionist / Front Desk Concierge (Fulltime with AWS & Bonus)

Working Hours

• 12-hour shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Maximum 44 hours per week
• Working days based on roster, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, visitors and guests, providing a warm and professional first point of contact.
• Handle phone and online enquiries, visitor registration and provide directions or relevant information.
• Attend to guests' requests and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for follow-up.
• Handle administrative duties such as billing, guest records, facility bookings and shift handovers.
• Prepare reports and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Professional, well-presented and personable with a strong service mindset.
• Patient, friendly and comfortable interacting with elderly residents and their families.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working on a roster, including weekends and public holidays.
